Bingo Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Bingo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong Product Delivered

• If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please report it to us within 3-5 days of delivery.

• We’ll send you the correct product at no additional cost.

2. Product Arrives Damaged

• If your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please report it to us within 3-5 days of delivery.

• We’ll send you a replacement product at no extra charge.

3. Exchange Process Policy: 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service at hello@thebingoworld.com or on our number: +923020333973

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

4. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds unless the product is no longer available, in which case refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
